One of, if not the very most, amazing thing about Fish City Grill and Half Shells is that our kitchens are always taking advantage of the very freshest, seasonal ingredients. Whether it’s the day’s catch, the fruits and vegetables of the season, or just that special flavor that speaks to you at a certain time of year, our chefs are always coming up with creative fresh dishes to delight you.
This month, at our Northwoods location in San Antonio, Texas, Dominic is making a house-infused pumpkin martini — with pumpkin-spiced Irish whiskey, shaken with half-n-half, fresh ginger syrup, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Is it a cocktail or dessert? Call it both and just say “yum”.
And then, this is definitely dessert — in Irving at our Las Colinas location, Deb and her team are featuring a Maple-Bacon Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake. That’s almost too much incredible flavor for one bite; take it slowly and treat yo’self.
