Franchisee Qualifications

Updated February 2014

•  3 years minimum current Full Service Operations experience as a General Manager or a higher position
•  An Operating Partner possessing this experience with a minimum of a 20% equity position in the business(es)

Experience with seafood is a plus.
Experience with liquor is a plus.

•  Must be in the market where Fish City Grills will be located, or have other established businesses in remote markets. This is all a part of our commitment to being a valuable partner in our neighborhoods.

•  Minimum Net Worth: $1,000,000
•  Minimum Liquid Assets: $375,000

Development experience
•  Have a proven track record of aggressively developing multi-unit restaurant systems
•  Have an infrastructure dedicated to the development of our brand
•  Have local knowledge and expertise in the areas of consumer preferences, real estate, government regulations, labor, and distribution issues
